Rights to all images, including digital negatives, edited digital images, and prints, produced by Ashton Jah Photography are owned by Ashton Jah and protected by U.S. Copyright Law under U.S.C. Title 17. No image produced by Ashton Jah may be reproduced in any manner without express written permission from Ashton Jah. Client waives any claim to ownership, editorial control, income, and use of the images, except as granted by a limited license pursuant to this Agreement. A limited license is transferred to Client after full payment is made by Client to Photographer, as required by this Agreement, under the following conditions:

1. Client may use the high-resolution images included in packages purchased by Client or images purchased individually by Client for personal use, including printing images for personal use, reproducing or giving the images to family and friends, and sharing the images on their personal social networking accounts. Client may not manipulate the images. 

2. Client may submit the images for announcements in a newspaper or similar use.

This limited license does not include the right to use the images for commercial purposes or to transfer this limited license to another party. To use the image for a commercial purpose, including sale, publication, or entering a contest, Client or any other individual must obtain express written permission from Photographer.
